Meet Lauren Stoney
As a certified coach, hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and all-round brain enthusiast, with a background in psychology and high-performance coaching, Lauren specialises in helping professionals and high achievers take charge of their minds and their lives.
Having personally experienced burnout, anxiety, and chronic stress, she is all too aware of the need for more practical, science-backed tools when it comes to the journey of transformation.
Furthermore, Lauren believes that nailing it in high-pressure environments and following your passions does not have to come at the cost of your truly brilliant self.
Lauren is your classic “work hard, play hard” high achiever. She thrived on her fast-paced life, juggling a marketing career, the gym, and busy social schedule. But in 2015, chronic stress and burnout hit, leaving her nervous system depleted and her health failing. Lauren felt her career and social life slipping away and was faced with the realisation that she had become a shadow of who she knew herself to be. To recover, Lauren tried everything — therapy, acupuncture, diets, supplements — but nothing worked.
Then came a breakthrough. Lauren discovered the Lightning Process, which introduced her to a different way of overcoming the challenges of the brain. And it succeeded where other methods had failed. Lauren combined this approach with coaching and NLP to rewire her mind successfully clearing the mental clutter and reclaiming her life.
Her experience showed her the power of mental strength training and using science-backed techniques as tools for transformation.

I’ve tried other mindset programs before — in what way is this different?
The Brain RESET Method is unlike many of the approaches that require you to revisit trauma or analyse endlessly – which you may have already tried. It is an approach based on understanding how the brain and your nervous system interact to provide you with practical, everyday tools to shift your mindset, rewire your brain and build resilience.
Why is there a retreat and a 12-month programme?
The retreat offers you a rapid path to understanding the steps of the Brain RESET Method and experience mindset shifts early on to start making progress and moving forward. But building mental strength does not happen overnight and you need to sustain your effort for long-term growth. Lasting transformation often requires repetition, reinforcement, and support and the 12-month programmes offers a way of making this approach part of your everyday life for ongoing results.
